Dance-inspired exercises at the barre to strengthen and lengthen your muscles. The class mixes flowing movement, cardio bursts, light weights with high reps, balancing work, isometric exercises, core strength, mat work, and lots of stretching.

Class Description – Irish dance is a traditional form of dancing popularized in the 1990s by Riverdance and Lord of the Dance. It has both the elements of ballet and tap because of the dances performed in the two different types of shoes, the soft shoes and the hard shoes. It is a fun, athletic form of dance that anyone can participate in!

In this Classical Pilates mat work class we utilize a system of controlled core movements which work to balance and condition the body and the mind.
